As part of our physical education program, the children regularly engage in yoga. Yoga is a perfect exercise program for young children as it promotes physical health including balance, core strength and gross motor skills. Yoga also prevents cross dominance, wires the brain and promotes mental discipline such as concentration and multitasking skills. The children use picture cards to assist them with their moves.
