We have had the privilege to be part of the Clovel family for 6 years. Our children, Olivia and Lachlan, each started at Clovel Castle Hill when they were 10 months old and continued until it was their time to start school.
Throughout their time at Clovel, Olivia and Lachlan developed both academic and social skills thanks to the fantastic educational program provided.
Academically they developed a love of counting, writing, science, drawing and physical education amongst others. This has contributed greatly to them not only be ready to start school but excited to get into their school education.
Socially they developed strong friendships with their peers and teachers. Each week they took part in dancing, singing and public speaking activities and these have certainly helped their confidence.
Olivia is now entering Year 2 at school and we have no doubt that her early education at Clovel contributed to her love of learning and quest for knowledge.
We are excited to see Lachlan start Kindergarten this year and have no doubt that he will also thrive.
The Clovel Castle Hill team are an exceptional group of educators. Their commitment to each and every child is to be admired. They respond to a child’s interest area and then build an educational program around that. An example of this is Lachlan’s love of the ocean. They encouraged craft activities around an underwater theme which incorporated painting, puppets, dioramas, and then added reading and counting activities around the theme. To complete the topic area Lachlan was invited to name one of the centres pet fish, something he was thrilled to be part of.
We also want to acknowledge the support provided by the Clovel team to accommodate Lachlan’s food allergies. They went above and beyond to ensure that he was safe from foods he is allergic to whilst still be included in all events such as celebrating birthday parties etc.
To the entire Castle Hill Clovel Team, thank you. We have loved being part of your family and look forward to coming and visiting to show you Lachlan in his shiny, new school uniform.

“I wish to thank all the staff for their hard work over the past 5 years with my Son. He has recently started school and is thriving in his schooling. I am thankful to all the staff at the centre for their constant communication with myself and husband, for keeping us up to date with his progress, for helping us not only with our children but with any issues that we have had, for all the time and effort they put in, it is a pleasure to see how passionate the staff are.
They are constantly playing with the children, talking with all the families and going above and beyond their roles to help whenever needed. It is good to see there are centres out there that are 100% for the children. Every afternoon I pick my kids up all the children are clean and happy playing. It is clear that they too have just as much fun as my children. The staff and management team are always available to help us with anything we need.
The centre is constantly beautiful and the atmosphere is always inviting. My son loved attending the centre and was sad to leave. Clovel became a second home to both my son and my family. Now my daughter is attending the centre and she loves it. I am very excited to see all the things she will learn. She is already coming home with lots of new and exciting things she has learnt. “The team at Clovel are amazing! Iโm a first time Mum and a little too focused on work at times. The ladies really help me out with the small things that matter. Like, which nappy rash cream is the best and the friendly reminders of what’s coming up because I donโt read my emails all the time.
I call anytime and they are happy to help or assist. Sia is so happy there and it makes me happy. The team becomes more like family and they should all know what an amazing job they are doing.”

Lyn was quick to contact me back and took the time to talk me through the learning and development ethos behind Clovel which was very much in line with my parenting beliefs.

Mia has come out of Clovel with a boosted self confidence, improved social skills and incredible manners – a parent’s delight! Along with newly found skills both Mia and Lilly have made some great friends along the way and have absolutely fallen in love with all the carers.
It is with deep sadness that weโve had to leave Clovel due to relocating home, we will all miss the team at Clovel and will be sure to send photo updates along the way”

My daughter (Sage) is now 7 years old and is currently attending the centreโs before and after care as well as participating in full-time vacation care.
Iโm extremely pleased with the services the centre and staff provide in particular their diverse range of external activities. Sage always has the opportunity to participate in a variety of structured and engaging activities. All staff conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. As you know, working in childrenโs services is not only about providing care for children but commitment to empowering childrenโs lives through education and responsive, high quality relationships. It is obvious that your educators do this so well.
